PACIFIC ROADSIDE ASSISTABOUT THIS POLICY
The Insurers will indemnify the Insured up to but not exceeding the amount specified in the Schedule against such sums which the Insured shall become legally liable to pay as damages arising from any claim or claims first made against them in writing during the Period of Insurance stated in the Schedule, consequent upon
(a) accidental bodily injury or
(b) accidental property damage
(c) Legal costs and expenses
