Responsibilities
- Develop new business and maintain good relationship and supports to agents/brokers/clients.
- Recruit new agents to expand premium growth.
- Ensure timely collection of premiums due from agents/brokers/clients.
- Assist in implementing the agency/broking/branch’s business plan and strategies to meet the Company’s
goals.
Requirements
- Possess a recognized Degree in relevant discipline. Those with AMII or DMII are highly preferred.
- Minimum 1 year working experience in a marketing position in the general insurance
- Industry is preferred. However, newly qualified candidates who aspire to develop a long term
- Career in the field of general insurance may also apply.
- Possess own transport.
- Willingness to learn with a strong desire to succeed.
- Able to work independently with good communication skills.
